Why hold a leadership team meeting?

Your company leaders can’t make the best possible decisions if they don’t know what each other is up to! By holding regular senior leadership team meetings, you can equip your leaders with all the information they need to make smart, quick decisions.

We’d recommend running a leadership team meeting every one or two weeks to stay aligned!
