What is the Sheep Scale check-in? 🐑
This is a short and fun activity to raise the energy of a group when they come back from a break. It’s perfect for very large groups and helps facilitators understand the participants' energy levels.
This icebreaker comes loaded with a flashcard deck with nine different sheep pictures. Participants simply need to stamp themselves on the sheep that represents their current mood.
How to run this icebreaker
As participants are coming back from a break, share the flashcard and invite everyone to share how they feel on a sheep scale from 1-9.
They can stamp their choice directly on the flashcard.
Depending on the general energy level, you can then add an activity to lift the energy or, use the existing energy to dive deeper into the workshop topic.
